Park Resorts have announced that they are now an NCC Approved Holiday Park Operator, following a rigorous independent assessment that reviewed their operations against the Consumer Code of Practice, modelled on the Office of Fair Trading consumer code criteria.

The NCC - or National Caravan Council - represents the interests of the caravanning industry (including tourers, motorhomes and static caravans). It works with its members to ensure that all parks within the caravan industry deliver the highest quality of products and services, and treat their customers fairly. The NCC's Approved Holiday Park Award Scheme establishes important benchmarks for Holiday Parks offering Ownership, whilst raising standards of professionalism and customer service and promoting best practice across the industry.
