State Representative To Open Second Office

State Representative Ryan Bizzarro is opening a second office in the third legislative district. The office, located at 9231 Edinboro Road in the McKean Township building officially opens on Thursday March 21.  Bizzarro says the second location will help him to better serve his constituents.  His staff plans to be at the McKean office every Thursday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
