UPDATE: Police Find Missing PSB Student

       The Penn State Behrend student who was reported missing this morning has been found.  20 year old Ryan Shatzer's car was found this morning in a ditch near Saegertown.  Police called the Newsroom to tell us that Shatzer has been located.  He is being treated, in a hospital, but does not appear to be seriously hurt.
