Central Tech Showcases Greenhouse

Despite all that snow outside, students at central tech are thinking Spring.

They showcased their latest project on Thursday: a greenhouse, which was built behind the school.

The students are in Central's Landscape and Horticulture class, and they've been working inside the greenhouse for months.

Inside you'll find Hyacinths, Geraniums, and different herbs.

Students enjoy the hands on experience, which lets them learn outside a traditional classroom.

They plan to use what they produce in the school's Culinary Arts and Floral Design classes.
