The Erie man who allegedly brought crack-cocaine into the Erie county courthouse, was back in court, Monday.
This time, for his preliminary hearing.
As we've reported, last month, sheriffs deputies say 29 year old William Gillespie brought a pill bottle, filled with 15 individually packaged rocks of crack, into the courthouse.
They say he put the bottle in the basket, while going through security.
A deputy shook the bottle, didn't hear pills, and opened it.
The judge on Monday, ordered all charges bound over for trial.
