Upcoming in Gray Wolves Softball: Lourdes heads into the final weekend of its inaugural regular season with three make-up games on the slate. The Gray Wolves will open the week with a doubleheader at Indiana Tech on Tuesday afternoon before heading to Cornerstone for a twinbill on Wednesday. The Golden Eagles defeated the Gray Wolves 2-1 on March 4 in Clermont, Fla. as part of the spring trip for both schools.

On Sunday the Gray Wolves split a doubleheader against Siena Heights at Pacesetter Park. The Saints broke open a close game with four runs in the seventh of game one to win 7-3. In game two Kasey Graham limited Siena Heights to just six hits and Lourdes scored four times in the fifth to earn a 6-2 victory over the Saints.

Looking to Finish in the Middle: Lourdes still has a realistic chance to finish near the top half of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference standings in its first season of collegiate softball. The Gray Wolves are just one game out of fourth place in the league standings as teams head into a week of make-up contests. Everyone in the league has at least two games left, with some having to play as many as eight.
