Two local Red Cross volunteers sent to help flood victims in Michigan are back in Erie.
Last month, heavy rain and flooding caused major problems for residents in Grand Rapids and Chicago. Volunteers, Donna Brown and Jeanne Snyder, drove the American Red Cross Emergency Response Vehicle to Grand Rapids to deliver meals and clean up supplies to flood victims. They spent six days in Grand Rapids, then were transferred to Chicago to help with relief efforts.
