Fairview Man Pleads Guilty To Tax Evasion

A Fairview man is pleading guilty to violating federal tax laws.

47 year old Kevin Hanlon is charged with failing to make payroll tax payments to the IRS, for his employees.
They worked at KH Express, and LLC and CJT Logistics Incorporated, from 2005 through 2008.
According to the indictment, although payroll taxes were withheld, Hanlon didn't write the check to the government.
It totaled more than $400,000 dollars.
Hanlon is scheduled to be sentenced, in August.
He's looking at a possible 15 years in prison.
