Bowling Green State University cross country/track and field coach Lou Snelling has announced that the programs have added six student-athletes for the 2013-14 season. Tina Perrine (Middleburg Heights, Ohio/Baldwin Wallace University), Alicia Arnold (Lorain, Ohio/Lorain HS/Lake Erie College), Gabrielle Edwards (Southfield, Michigan/Walled Lake Central HS), Brianna Johnson (Bedford Heights, Ohio/Beaumont Academy), Connor Kempf (Fort Wayne, Indiana/Northrop HS) and Raven Porter (Cleveland Heights, Ohio/Cleveland Heights HS) will all compete for the Falcons.
"We are excited about these six student-athletes becoming part of our Falcon Family and rounding out our overall recruiting class of twelve this year," Snelling said. "They will undoubtedly help us both from an ability and depth standpoint. I would like to thank our staff, particularly coaches Matt Conly and James Gildon, for the job they have done. Our athletic and academic goals are high for this program. It is critical that we continue to make positive steps in the MAC this year. These twelve student-athletes have bought into our vision for the future of Bowling Green Cross Country and Track and Field and were up to that challenge."
