Three Former Penn State Officials In Court

Posted: Updated:

A judge will determine if three former Penn State administrators will face trial, for allegedly not informing police about the Jerry Sandusky abuse scandal.

Former Penn State President Graham Spanier, former Athletic Director Tim Curley and retired University Vice President Gary Schultz arrived at the courthouse in Harrisburg Monday morning.
The preliminary hearing is to determine if there's enough evidence to warrant a trial against the three men.

Former Assistant Coach Mike McQueary took the stand Monday.
The former assistant testified last year he witnessed Sandusky engaged in a sex act with a boy in a Penn State locker room in 2001.
McQueary also claims head Coach Joe Paterno told him the university mishandled its initial response to Sandusky's actions, and warned him he'd be made a scape-goat.
