Teen Accused Of Killing Grandparents, To Be Tried As An Adult

Posted: Updated:

The teen, accused of killing his grandparents, will be tried as an adult.

Zachary Proper was 13 years old, when police say he used a shotgun to kill his grandparents, 67 year old Dorothy Fross, and 69 year old George Fross.
It happened last October.
Wednesday, in a 35 page order, a judge ruled Proper will be tried as an adult.
Proper has been transferred out of a juvenile facility, and is now sitting in the Venango county jail, without bond.

No trial date has been set.
