The annual 3-day celebration is held each August, to remember the famous clown Dan Rice and his contributions to Girard.
There are of course plenty of vendors, food and music.
This year, they're celebrating a milestone, and to honor that, they've added a couple of new things.
"This year, we're going into our 45th year of doing Dan Rice Days and what we've added this year is we're going to have carriage rides on Friday and Saturday," said Dan Rice Committee Chair Jeanne Miller. "And also, we started a wine-tasting tent, which will be on Friday and Saturday," Miller added.
Dan Rice days will continue through Saturday.
