An update to a story we first brought you Monday.
A judge on Tuesday ruled the citations will stand for the 8 men, cited for carrying their guns in a city park, during a gun rally.
The rally took place back on June 22nd, despite warnings from the city that it violated a city ordinance.
That ordinance forbids guns in city parks.
Police were able to identify and cite 8 of the 30 or so people who showed up to the rally.
After a hearing on Monday, Judge Tom Robie found the 8 guilty on Tuesday of violating the ordinance.
They now must pay the fine, ranging from $100 to $300 dollars, or face 90 days in jail.
They can also decide to appeal the ruling.
