A cement truck overturned on Interstate 90 Saturday afternoon trapped the driver and tied up traffic.
It happened just before 3:00 p.m. in the Westbound lane of I-90, just East of the Peach Street exit.
Rescuers from Perry Highway had to free the driver from the wreckage and rush him to the trauma center.
The extent of his injuries are unknown.
Both lanes of traffic were tied up with the rescue and efforts to clear debris.
State Police are investigating. They called for extra help from fire police to deal with the traffic situation.
