An Erie teacher, charged with child molestation, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday morning.
David Montgomery, 43, is facing two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and aggravated indecent assault.
The alleged victim, now 18-years old, came forward in March. He accused Montgomery of sexually assaulting him, and taking photographs and video of the alleged assault.
Montgomery waived his preliminary hearing in County Court. He also is facing federal charges.
He is currently suspended without pay from his teaching position at Collegiate Academy.
