Controversy over the possible construction of wind turbines, draws a large crowd in North East township Tuesday night.
Emotions were running high, as members of the North East community met with supervisors, to discuss those plans.
There was plenty of comments from both supporters and opponents of the project.
Pioneer Green Energy has leased land to build 10 to 12 turbines in the southern part of the township.
Those against the plans, say that they are worried about the possible noise and a decrease in property value.
While those in favor of them say it could provide additional income to North East farmers who allow them on their property.
Supervisors are not sure when they will vote on the ordinance.
