It was another day of record heat in Toledo! We tied the record high of 95 degrees this afternoon which ties the mark set back in 1931. This is after yesterday's new record high temperature of 97 degrees. Looks like summer had a "grand finale"...
The heat is now behind us. It'll be warm on Thursday, but not hot with highs in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees. The chance of showers will move out giving way to some afternoon sunshine.
The temperatures really drop on Friday with a morning low in the 40s and a daytime high only in the lower 60s with a cool north breeze.
Grab a coat or sweatshirt for the weekend with a morning low on Saturday in the mid to upper 30s! Temperatures rebound a little with a highs in the mid 60s. Sunday will be just a bit warmer with highs near 70.
Hard to believe we're about to go from "Air Conditioner Weather" to "Furnace Weather" in just a couple of days. From the hottest summer temperatures to the coldest summer temperatures in what will seem like the blink of an eye.
