Erie Homes for Children and Adults (EHCA) celebrated 101 years Thursday night at their Founders' Day celebration.
The celebration was also a chance for EHCA to thank their volunteers and donors for all their hard work throughout the past year.
Those from EHCA say volunteers helping hands, and donor dollars, go along way to keeping programs going when there just isn't enough government funding.
And they just want their helpers to know how much they're appreciated.
"You can never thank people enough for what they do, especially when volunteering and making large gifts to the organization, you can't thank them enough," said Paul Carpenedo, Executive Director EHCA. "So this is just a small token of our appreciation."
Howard and Mary Lincoln were also given a special honor for their generous donations over the years Thursday night.
