The Pittsburgh lawyer, representing a teen charged in a shooting outside of an Erie high school, doesn't want to represent his client anymore.
17-year old Jakwaris Robison is charged as an adult with attempted murder and other counts, for the April 9th shooting outside Strong Vincent High School.
Police say he shot another 16 year old during a fight.
On Thursday, Robison's attorney, Blaine Jones of Pittsburgh, filed a motion to withdraw as council. Jones stated the family didn't comply with their contract and the attorney-client relationship is broken.
Apparently the family didn't pay for his services.
A public defender is expected to be appointed to the case.
