A chaotic scene in Titusville tonight, as emergency workers rushed to the scene of a helicopter crash.
Rescuers arrived at the Titusville Airport to find a helicopter down, and five victims sprawled across the runway. But, there's a catch. It's only a drill.
Organizers set up the metal frame of a helicopter---which runs off of propane---and set it on fire. Emergency crews are then called to the scene to extinguish it.
According to Venango County EMA Director Tom Sherman, the overall purpose of the drill is to teach firefighters how to rescue crash victims and properly extinguish a fuel fire.
