I'm not buying this entire Richie Incognito hazing or bullying of Jonathan Martin as something that just goes on in NFL locker rooms. If you are not familiar with the story, I urge you to look it up because it would take too long to explain here. If Incognito went over the line with racial slurs and terroristic threats, no one, and I mean no one, on any team or working environment should have to put up with it. I hear players and former players say it's accepted in the players domain of the locker room but it shouldn't be, especially to this extent. Isn't the locker room a working environment like any other office, should it not fall under the same US Labor Laws as anyplace else. There is no room for it. Whether it was Incognito's fault or the fault of the Miami Dolphins organization to initiate it against Martin, they should all be held accountable and it should not happen again. I can see rookies getting some doughnuts or carrying the equipment or making coffee, etc. but first of all, Martin is not a rookie, he is in his second year in the league and most important, racial slurs have no place anywhere. I hope this guy never plays in the league again because, as voted one of the dirtiest players in the NFL, he does not deserve it.
