A Detroit man arrested in Erie for tens of thousands of dollars of heroin was in court on Tuesday.
32- year- old Charles Johnson met with Judge Brabender for a non-jury trial.
Johnson was found guilty of intimidating a witness in the case, and withholding testimony.
Johnson, along with another Detroit native Dona Cowans, was found with about $30,000 worth of heroin in an Erie residence back in July.
The two face charges of possession of heroin with the and intent to deliver.
A full trial will be set for a later date.
