Political scientist Tom Mann: We're better off without destructive politics

WASHINGTON, D.C. (11/13/2013) - In an interview with Washington Bureau Chief Jacqueline Policastro, political scientist Tom Mann of the Brookings Institution shared his thoughts on the political dysfunction the U.S. is currently plagued with.

Mann was in Erie Tuesday as part of the Jefferson Education Society Global Summit. The Jefferson Educational Society of Erie is a non-profit institution founded to promote civic enlightenment, and community progress for the Erie Region through the study, research, discussion, of those ideas and events that have influenced the human condition.

His full interview will air 6 p.m. Sunday.
