November has been a dream month for gamers with the release of the Playstation 4 last week and the Xbox One this week.
On Thursday, fans lined up outside the Best Buy on upper Peach Street hours in advance of the Xbox One's release.
Josh Perry, who's been waiting months for the game, said he showed up at 11:45 AM Thursday, to make sure he got one of these consoles.
"I've been waiting for it since they announced in back in July. I put my preorder in back in August. I've been waiting for it ever since."
Perry said there was no way he'd get the PS4 after seeing what all was coming on the latest version of the Xbox. He said it has more features than its competitor, like the Kinect system and being able to control videos with the swipe of your hand.
Last week, the PS4 sold more than one million consoles the first 24 hours. Gamers will have to wait to see if its rival can come close to those numbers.
