Bond is set, for the elderly wife of a county judge, who allegedly tried to kill him.
Carla Rae Hague, of Ashtabula, Ohio, is set to be charged with attempted murder, after police say she poisoned her husband with anti-freeze.
She's now charged with assault.
During a bond hearing Thursday, a judge set Hague's bond at $100,000 dollars cash or 10 percent with a number of stipulations.
One of those stipulations include that she have no contact with her husband, Charles Hague, who's also a juvenile and probate judge in Ashtabula county.
Police were alerted to the case, after the judge got sick, and was hospitalized in Cleveland.
Doctors there found a high level of antifreeze in his system.
Judge Hague has been recovering at home.
The case is set to go a grand jury on December 18th.
