The two New York men charged with robbing a Summit Township bank on Tuesday are now facing more charges for a separate bank robbery back in November.
The men are identified as Scott Dimond, 32, and Brian Spenny, 52, of western New York.
Wednesday, Pennsylvania State Police filed separate charges against the two men in connection with a bank robbery at the First National Bank on Peach Street.
Police say Dimond entered the bank and gave the teller a note demanding money, while Spenny waited in the vehicle. The pair are facing several charges including robbery and theft by unlawful taking.
Spenny and Dimond are also accused of robbing the Northwest Savings bank on upper Peach Street, just before noon Tuesday. Not long after the hold-up, they were arrested on I-90.
Their preliminary hearings in connection to Tuesday's robbery are scheduled for next Tuesday in the Summit Township Municipal Building.
