Excitement over the Winter Olympics in Sochi is continuing, as we saw another great night of events on Friday.
These winter games are bringing out people to local bars to watch. Friday night, our crews stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings, where the two biggest screens at the bar had all the Olympic coverage.
Fans there tell us they look forward to these games, because it's a nice break in the normal sports action.
And of course, everyone has their favorite event to watch.
"Probably the luge is one of my favorite events," said Brandon Jenkins of Erie. "How they do that, and steer with their feet, it takes a lot of work to do all that."
"Mostly the traditional events, like skiing and alpine events, the bobsleds, skeletons, the luge," said Brian Makulinski of Cleveland. "The newer stuff, it's going to take a while for me to get used to slope skiing and all the new things with free style, but that's good too."
A big Olympic event coming up this weekend to watch for is men's hockey when USA takes on Russia. It's an early one on at 7:30 AM Saturday morning on WICU.
