Erie police are asking drivers to use care driving on City streets. Street lights remain out on both the east and west sides of the City.
Police say if there is no working stop light then drivers should treat the intersection as a four-way stop, coming to a halt before proceeding.
The number of lights that are currently not working is making it impossible for officers to man each light, so drivers are being asked to slow down and use care when the stop light is down.
