An Erie man could spend up to 10 years in state prison, for a major drug bust last summer.
Thursday morning, a judge sentenced 27-year old Daniel Hart to 5 to 10 years in jail, along with a $25,000 fine.
Last August, police arrested Hart with tens of thousands of dollars worth of heroin.
During the investigation, officers seized 2 ounces of heroin, with a street value of $20,000. They also recovered nearly $5,000 in cash, 2 firearms, one of them was stolen, as well as drug paraphernalia.
