The case of a husband and wife charged with stealing more than $100,000 from St. Peters Cathedral School, is now postponed.
The pair was originally set to appear in court Tuesday.
It's after the IRS launched an investigation into the downtown Erie school's finances, and discovered a $300,000 shortfall in payments.
Police eventually charged the school's former business manager, 62-year old David Earls, and his wife Ann, with theft and records tampering.
The pair is accused of giving themselves unauthorized pay raises, and using the school's credit card for various personal items including hotels and concert tickets.
Investigators allege it all happened over the course of 12 years.
The couple now lives in Maine.
Tuesday's hearing hasn't yet been rescheduled.
