ERIE, Pa. - Xavier Hollamon will spend at least the next 12.5 to 25 years in jail for attempted homicide last summer, a judge decided during sentencing Monday.

Hollamon shot Dayquan Robison twice in the chest in an argument over $20 near East 25th and Ash streets back on August 24, 2013.

In February, a jury found Hollamon guilty of attempted homicide in that shooting.

The incident occurred a few weeks after Hollamon got off probation for his role in a murder case.

He served 10 months for helping his girlfriend at the time, Tania Coleman, hide the body of her 14-month-old baby in 2011.

The infant was found starved to death in a suitcase put out with the trash.
