You might call it a culture change with the Browns when they took Johnny Manziel in the first round of the recent NFL draft. The Browns taking their chance with a dynamic, no holds barred, cocky QB who has as much confidence as anyone around. He hasn't played a down or won a game in Cleveland yet, but the effort by the Browns to take a step in the right direction was what the fans wanted to see with GM Ray Farmer and Head Coach Mike Pettine. Tainting it all was the word that Josh Gordon could receive a year suspension due to another failed drug test. Regardless, it has fans excited as more that 2000 season tickets were sold the 24 hours after Johnny Football came to Cleveland. I hope it works out, it's a franchise that needs a shot in the arm and the Browns are hoping the experts who say Manziel will be an NFL star are dead on. It may never take away the sting of losing Lebron James but at least, it's something Browns fans can cheer about for now.
