First Republic Announces Pricing Of $400,000,000 Senior Notes Offering

SAN FRANCISCO, June 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- First Republic Bank ("First Republic") (NYSE: FRC), a private bank and wealth management company, today announced the pricing of $400,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its Senior Notes due 2019. First Republic will pay interest on the Senior Notes semi-annually in arrears on June 17 and December 17 of each year, beginning on December 17, 2014. The Senior Notes will bear interest at a rate of 2.375% per annum and, unless previously redeemed, will mature on June 17, 2019.

First Republic expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include, among other things, funding loans or purchasing investment securities for its portfolio.
