Gannon Assistant Grab-Skelton Resigns

Posted: Updated:

Gannon women's basketball assistant coach Sarah Grab-Skelton has resigned from her position to accept a teaching job within the Iroquois school district.  The school board is scheduled to meet for approval on Tuesday.  During her only season with the Lady Golden Knights, Grab-Skelton worked along side first year head coach Jim Brunelli and the team finished 9th in the country in Division II.  Gannon ended their season with a 28-4 record, a runner-up in the PSAC tournament, and reached the second round of the NCAA tournament.  Prior to her assistant coaching duties at Gannon, Grab-Skelton was the head coach at Corry High School for five seasons.
