The case is moving forward this afternoon, for the man accused in Erie's first homicide of 2014.
Courtney Harden will head to trial in July.
He's accused of shooting and killing 26-year-old Rashid Anderson, and injuring 3 other people, inside the former East Erie Turner's building, back in January.
Harden's facing charges, including homicide and aggravated assault.
During Monday morning's preliminary hearing, his defense attorney said they have about 3 witnesses willing to testify.
Harden's attorney asked to delay the trial until September, but a judge denied that request.
Jury selection for the trial is set to start July 14th.
