SUBARU IS RECALLING MORE THAN 660-THOUSAND CARS AND S-U-Vs IN COLD-WEATHER STATES.
THE MANUFACTURER SAYS SALT USED TO CLEAR ICY ROADS CAN CAUSE BRAKE LINES TO RUST AND LEAK FLUID.
THAT CAN LEAD TO SLOWER BRAKING TIMES.
     THE VEHICLES AFFECTED ARE...
THE LEGACY AND OUTBACK, MODEL YEARS 2005 THROUGH 2009...
IMPREZA MODEL YEARS 2008 THROUGH 2014...
AND FORESTER MODEL YEARS 2009 THROUGH 2013.
DEALERS WILL INSPECT BRAKE LINES AND REPLACE THEM IF THERE ARE LEAKS.
THEY WILL ALSO PUT AN ANTI-CORROSION WAX ON THE LINES.

DOZENS OF FOSTER FARMS CHICKEN PRODUCTS... ARE RECALLED BECAUSE OF SALMONELLA CONTAMINATION.
THE RECALLED PRODUCTS WERE PRODUCED IN PLANTS IN CALIFORNIA... AND DISTRIBUTED NATIONALLY.
THE FOOD SAFETY AND INSPECTION SERVICE SAYS THE CHICKEN IS LIKELY NOT BEING SOLD IN STORES ANYMORE.
BUT IT COULD BE IN CONSUMERS FREEZERS.
THE CHICKEN PRODUCTS HAVE "USE OR FREEZE BY" DATES RANGING FROM MARCH 21ST TO MARCH 29TH.
ONE PERSON BECAME ILL AFTER EATING A BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST IN MAY.

THESE ROUTERS ARE BEING RECALLED BECAUSE THERE'S A FEAR OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK.
THE BASE HANDLES ON THE "PORTER-CABLE FIXED-BASE PRODUCTION ROUTERS" ARE NOT INSULATED, SO THE USER "COULD" GET SHOCKED.
THEY WERE SOLD FROM 1990 THROUGH THIS APRIL FOR 85 THOUGH 690 DOLLARS, DEPENDING ON THE MODEL.

On the night of February 20, 51-year-old Emery Black's life came to an end, after he became the victim of a hit-and-run. It happened in front of his house on West 15th and Liberty Streets. Six months later, Black’s neighbor Bobby Fletcher is still trying to make sense of his death. "I miss the guy,” said Fletcher. “This apartment building, it's a big complex. He cut the grass, when the snow came, he helped shovel. You don't find people like him." Police have released surveillance video of...More >>
