On Tuesday the world said goodbye to legendary film star Lauren Bacall.
Variety and the Hollywood Reporter she say died of a stroke.
Known for her sultry voice and stunning looks, Bacall started out as a model, then broke out as a leading lady opposite Humphrey Bogart in her first film, "To Have and to Have Not.," in 1944.
She also starred in "Goodbye Charlie" and "Cactus Flower".
She was 89 years old.
