Gerard Takes Over Fort LeBoeuf Softball Program
At their February meeting, he Fort LeBoeuf school board approved the hire of Megan Gerard as the next softball head coach. Gerard replaces Brian Kirsch who resigned from the position following the 2013-2014 campaign. Coach Gerard has spent the last four seasons with the Lady Bison as pitching coach. Prior to joining the program, Gerard played softball at Edinboro University and Mercyhurst North East as a pitcher and outfielder. During her time with the Lady Saints, Gerard posted the lowest earned run average in school history.
