What do you strive for at work? Do you just want to get through the day? Do you want to achieve a deeper understanding of the issues at hand? Think about these questions on the 1st. If your answer is the latter, chances are that you're going to be feeling a lot more fulfilled in your job than you would if your answer is the former. (And if you are just trying to get through the day, you probably need to make some big changes, and pronto!) On the 5th, you should run some potential career change ideas by your friends -- they'll have terrific input! Even if they don't shed light on the subject of whether or not you should apply for that management position, you'll have a great time seeing them. Great news, great vibes and a general sense of absolute well-being really rock your work world on the 9th and 10th. Enjoy! By the 15th, you're ready to take a risk. Do it! You should definitely step out of the office to take a walk around the block and smell the flowers (it's spring, after all!) on the 18th, 19th and 20th. Smile to get what you want on the 25th and 26th. Make a lunch date on the 31st.
