Dozens Charged In Cross-Country Drug Trafficking Ring

Posted: Updated:

A major drug bust in Venango county, after an investigation that spanned the entire country.

The Attorney General's office broke up a cross-country drug trafficking ring, that was allegedly sending marijuana and cocaine through the US Postal Service, from California to Venango county.

Investigators say Dean and Graydon Graham, both former residents of Franklin Pa, now live in California.
Over the past year, investigators say they'd ship parcels, at least twice a month, to David Reed in Franklin.
Once Reed got them, police say he would distribute the drugs to family and friends, to distribute throughout Venango county.

The AG's office says they're responsible for distributing at least $700,000 worth of marijuana and $100,000 worth of cocaine. With at least a kilo of cocaine, and hundreds of pounds of marijuana making their way across the county through the post office.
Police locally recovered $18,000 in cash and a gun, officers in California seized 300 live marijuana plants and 2 vehicles.
