Posted: Updated:
Two women suffered serious injuries, after a car crash in the Meadville Dairy Queen drive-thru.

It happened Tuesday around 8:00 p.m.

Police say 24-year-old Kevin Francisco was traveling east on SR 322 near Shaw Avenue, when he drifted off the road, passed through the Days Inn parking lot, and slammed into a van parked at the drive-thru window at Dairy Queen.

Police say Francisco then struck a pedestrian, identified as Juanita Johnson of Meadville.  Johnson and Karey Davis, who was a passenger in Franciso's car, were life-flighted to UPMC Hamot.  Francisco was treated at Meadville Medical Center.

The investigation is ongoing.
